Turning motivation into action
Motivational speaking can be great to hear. However, how many times have you felt inspired and when back in the office, you returned to your daily routine and forgot to take action? We’ve all done that, it’s very human!
With KEY33, our key note events go beyond the motivational speaking itself. We bring you real life stories with powerful messages connecting the hearts and minds of your employees. We also provide your leaders and teams the coaching tools and techniques so that you can implement them at home in your teams, turning inspiration into actions and make success contagious
Our motivational speakers have vast experience in inspiring organisations like yours to spark friction for change

Stef is a World Champion long jumper and 4 time Paralympian. Away from the track, she works as a motivational speaker, executive coach, and broadcaster. You may have also caught her on BBC’s Master Chef and ITV’s Dancing on Ice!
Stef’s talent and passion for sport were spotted early and at 12 she was dreaming of playing rugby on the world stage. But at 15, Stef was involved in a boating accident, suffering severe propeller lacerations. Her life was saved but her right foot was amputated.
Stef knew her life from that point would be very different, but she was determined that it would still be awesome!

The world never stops changing, so neither can we. If we want to keep experiencing success, then we have to keep adapting. It takes courage to experiment and it takes courage try something new. We often forget that failure is not the opposite of growth – doing the same thing over and over is. Change can be exhausting and frustrating…or it can be the adventure of a lifetime!

This is a very practical talk about what it takes to find your inner grit. Life can be hard and we all know what it is like to experience challenges at home and in the workplace. Eighteen years in the world of elite sport has taught me that sustained motivation and resilience are 2 of the most important factors in performance. Never underestimate the power of hope!

Diversity is no longer about ticking a box. High performance systems and businesses know that the key to winning lies in the quality and originality of their ideas, and the best ideas come from getting a room full of diverse thinkers with diverse experiences. People with disabilities are naturally good at this. The world was not made for us so we see differently because we have to. Not that you need to have a disability to be good at this. We can all learn to move beyond our biases and assumptions and unleash the power of our unique perspective.
